Art is a form of expression and it is also a way of tapping into your intuition. In this workshop with Andrea Hylen, founder of Heal My Voice, we will use words and pictures, cut out of magazines, and writing prompts, as well as listening exercises to explore a vision of something you want to explore. You will decorate a journal and receive ideas for different ways to tune into your desires and discover ways to also use vision art journaling to heal.
