Perfectionism

This is the word of the week. Perfectionism. It showed up in coaching sessions, on radio shows and in Heal My Voice Circles behind closed doors.

We call ourselves Recovering Perfectionists.

The bottom line and the direct consequence is that holding on to Perfectionism stops us from fully expressing who we are:

Afraid to make mistakes.
Fear of being humiliated.
Thinking that there is a “right” way to do something.

I invite you to look around. See how the world is falling apart? Financial structures, governmental systems, educational institutions, jobs, families, relationships.

So, what is good about this?  It is an opportunity to let go of our perfectionism. It is time to get messy. To try new things. To use our voices and express the things we have always wanted to say out loud.

When we can let go and be messy, we can Be more creative, Birth New Ideas and Have more fun!

Are you ready? Let’s do it! Try something new. Shout out loud. Declare what it is you desire. Ask for what you want. Share your ideas. Now……………….Run to the edge and leap!
