Mental Health Fitness
This six week program was created by Shirzad Chamine at Stanford University. Materials are delivered through an app with weekly modules, access to his book: Positive Intelligence and daily reminders to stop and practice PQ reps to reduce stress, mind chatter and return to the present moment.
This is a practice that strengthens your mental health to improve the quality of your life and rewire your brain.
When you register for the program, let me know which cycle you want to begin receiving your modules. (schedule listed below).
Seven week commitment.
One hour per week to listen to module on app. (Preferable to listen to the module on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.)
45 minute weekly group coaching to discuss and process the material and to answer questions.
Daily time is about 15 minutes in 2-5 minute practice sessions throughout the day (or more, if you want).
There is also additional material that is optional and a community connection on the app.
