Mental Health Fitness
This six week program was created by Shirzad Chamine at Stanford University. Materials are delivered through an app with weekly modules, access to his book: Positive Intelligence and daily reminders to stop and practice PQ reps to reduce stress, mind chatter and return to the present moment.
This is a practice that strengthens your mental health to improve the quality of your life and rewire your brain.
When you register for the program, we will determine the Saturday you want to begin receiving modules and a time for weekly coaching calls.
Seven week commitment.
One hour per week to listen to module on app. (Preferable to listen to the module on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.)
45 minute weekly coaching to discuss and process the material and to answer questions.
Daily time is about 15 minutes in 2-5 minute practice sessions throughout the day (or more, if you want).
There is also additional material that is optional and a community connection on the app.
